Public Policy

ICF GHK provides research, strategy, evaluation and analytical services in public policy. We work for:

The public sector (at trans-national, national, regional and local levels);

• Major companies and sector trade associations; and

• Non-governmental organisations.

We are active in a diverse range of policy fields. We have teams working on issues as diverse as employment, environment, education, innovation, health, welfare, justice, governance and social policy. Our projects benefit from the multinational nature of the ICF GHK team and its diversity of backgrounds, including economics and social and political sciences.

We work around the policy cycle - identifying problems, advising on the design of policies and strategies, and providing impact assessments, implementation support and evaluations. We make use of the best available theory, analytical methods and empirical evidence. Individual assignments often cover one or more of the following services:
