European Works Councils (EWC)

ICF GHK delivered training to the European Works Councils (EWC) members of Petroplus as well as their deputies. ICF GHK is able to offer high quality interactive training for members of EWCs. Our tailored training focuses on the following elements: understanding the EU Directive on the establishment of European Works Councils (recast in 2009); information on the specificities of national implementation in different Member States; the underlying industrial relations framework in different countries; experience of existing EWCs and resulting good practice; and, the organisation and management of EWCs.
