Study on the costs and benefits of potential EU measures on paternity leave

DG Justice (May 2010- May 2011)

In 2010 DG Justice commissioned GHK to carry out a preparatory study for an Impact Assessment on potential EU measures on paternity leave. The study gathered information on paternity and relevant parental leave arrangements in all EU member states. A cost benefit analysis of different EU policy and legislative options was subsequently carried out.
